Thank You for Your Support in 2025!
As 2025 comes to a close, I want to pause and simply say thank you.
When I began writing about Christian education and leadership in March 2025, I never imagined there would be an audience for these thoughts. I started writing because I felt I needed to process the challenges, questions, and tensions of leadership in Christian schools. The fact that so many of you have chosen to read, share, restack, and engage in conversation has been deeply encouraging.
To date, these posts have been read over 5,000 times through direct visits, email, search, and social platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Instagram—along with over 1,000 listens through the podcast and YouTube. More than the numbers, what has mattered most are the messages, conversations, and quiet affirmations that these reflections have been helpful to you in your own context.
My hope has always been that this work would be a blessing. Something that strengthens you, challenges your thinking, or reminds you that you are not alone.
I certainly don’t have all of the answers.
Leadership can be lonely. The pressures we face are real and often shared, even when they feel personal. My ultimate goal is to serve others in leadership positions by naming those realities honestly and pointing us back to the beautiful mission of Christian education.
Regardless of your role—teacher, administrator, board member, pastor, parent, or supporter—thank you for being part of it. The work we do does matter, whether seen or unseen.
I’m looking forward to creating more content in 2026 and sharing some bigger visions that have been taking shape. For now, I’m simply grateful for you and for this growing community.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and walking this journey with me.
See y’all in 2026.
All of God’s grace,
Jared

Mr. Mlyncyk,
Thank you for your service and for sharing valuable insights with those in leadership roles. This information has been extremely helpful to me as a leader. Christian education, like non-Christian education, has its challenges, and as leaders, it is our responsibility to implement thoughtful solutions that positively impact our community as a whole. I look forward to more content in 2026. Job well done !
Blessings,
Mrs. Hypolite
